I’ve spent the last decade building and selling software — north of 20,000 products shipped to real customers. I wrote Generative AI READY. I’ve launched more small products, watched more of them fail, and shipped more that worked than almost anyone you’ll meet who also talks about AI for a living.

That’s the part that matters here: I’m a builder, not a commentator. Everything on this site is something I actually made and use.

The bet

English is the new programming language. For thirty years, “make the computer do this” meant “learn to code or hire someone who can.” That just stopped being true. You can describe what you want in plain English and get a working tool back — which means the boring, specific, you-shaped problem no software company will ever build for is suddenly the easiest kind of thing to make.
